Makoto apologized and asked if he's ok. They shocked faces looks so cute. Hyuga scoffs, can't believe he came to this state. Makoto says, "It's ok. Whatever happens you're Hyuga Tohru so it'll be ok. Even if we failed…." She got cut off by a flying plastic bag that flew to her face. Hyuga is amused and smiles while gently dust off sand from her face. Oh naughty hands~~ Hyuga's face got serious and leaning in for a kiss. Here is the moment we've been waiting for….BUT when Hyuga's lips are only 1cm away from Makoto's, he regained sanity (lol) and stopped (now we all realized we've been trolled by mean script writer-san!!!). He commented on her lips that are covered with sand…(uh that's not reason why you stopped right…) and she quickly try to dust off her face. Hyuga wants to go home and sleep. Hyuga is like a little boy being mean to the girl he likes (chuckles). Next morning, Asahina is in the newspaper being praised by the media. Some reporter came for interview with him. Hyuga took Makoto to the office he prepared. For a second I got my hope up thinking it was his house…Makoto saw the chairs Hyuga prepared for the trio but pointed out that hers is not there. I gotta chuckle when Hyuga says, "I didn't ask you to come." Makoto commented on how expensive the rent and cost is but Hyuga made a what's-that face. Hyuga decided to sell his house and cars. He seems so carefree so the lawyer guy (?) asked do you know how much you're worth now? The lawyer calculates and shows how much he got. Hyuga showed up at Makoto's house and after a 3s pause he says, "Can I stay at your place?" Makoto, "EHHHH???!!!" Makoto ended up coming with him to the temple. Hyuga, "I guess you'd get in trouble if I stay at your place…" Makoto, "That's right. If you think about it carefully, this place is perfect for you." But she has to carry his luggage lol. The priest talked to Makoto about Hyuga's mom and his job. Hyuga sits far away like a little puppy. Makoto wonders if he'll open his heart to her. Priest says you just have to break down his wall. Makoto says she will then looks at puppy Hyuga's back. Asahina at the meeting with the board of directors who requested a change in interface because the cost is too high. Asahina agreed to it. The trio asked why he agreed then Asahina gave them their new contract. He raised their salary (to keep their loyalty). Asahina says some pretty words to get their motivation up. They agreed to design the new interface for cheaper price. Asahina is at Yoko's restaurant, chewing on sugar cubes!!?! Yoko kicked him out saying lunch time is over and told him she'll be moving out. She can live anywhere. Asahina says she doesn't have to go that far even if she's mad at him. She just said she doesn't like the way he does things. Yoko meets up with Hyuga. Yoko is surprised that Hyuga actually knows what Asahina did and asks, "Aren't you angry? Everything has been stolen from you." Hyuga, "I guess. It would have been better if I could get angry. But there's an idiot who follows me." Makoto looks at Hyuga's bankbook and amazed at the number. He got over $3mil and now he has a bit over $1000 left. Makoto looks at the carefree Hyuga who's spinning around in his chair. She has a I-cant-leave-him-alone face. Makoto decided to have system to manage money. Hyuga doesn't care and just wanna lies his head on the table. Hyuga, "there's nothing I want to do…" Makoto says first he has to enter a company and start to work then he'll realize it's the kind of work he wants to do. Hyuga asks, "Then is it ok if I become like that?" Makoto couldn't answer. Hyuga says, "It's just like you said…But now…NOW I want to eat pudding~~" Makoto is speechless Hyuga is at the bakery choosing a pudding next to a kid. Makoto mumbles, "This is no good, that guy is like a kid." Her phone rang, it's her mom. Hyuga walked out and overheard her talking to her mom and felt guilty for making her turn down a good job offer. Makoto hung up and cheerfully told Hyuga let's go drink bear then she ended up drunk while he's munching his pudding lol. Her phone rang but she's too drunk to notice. It's from her mom. Hyuga just stares at her filled with guilt. Then the news he was watching started talking about Asahina and the change in user interface of Personal File. Hyuga got mad. Asahina at the meeting with the board delivering the change of user interface to the lady from the govt in first ep. The trio looks worried. Asahina came back to the office and they're painting over NI wall. The employees look sad. Asahina saw the worker painting over Hyuga's words and stopped him just so he could paint it white himself. Everyone looks shocked. Asahina told them to get back to work. It seems he took a picture of the address of Hyuga's mom that Makoto wrote before. Makoto is on the phone looking for job. Hyuga looks around and saw his framed photo with Makoto in her box. Hyuga is in deep thoughts. Makoto went to the bank to withdraw her money. Her friend tried to stop her saying she shouldn't do that for a man. Makoto says she does it because she loves him! Ah in the name of love~ Makoto suddenly wondered what Hyuga thinks about her. Makoto surprised to see she got 1.5 mil yen deposited in her account. Yoko saw Asahina outside the building and sarcastically commented, "You seem busy being a CEO." Asahina asked where she's staying. She says anywhere is fine as long as she doesn't have to see his face. Asahina says he's going to meet Makoto. Makoto returned the money to Asahina. He asks how Hyuga is doing. Makoto says he's not doing any thing at all and wonders if he doesn't want her by his side. Asahina: Still you choose to do this? Makoto: Yes *confidently* Makoto stands up to leave but Asahina asks her to stay longer because he feels tired somehow and it's fine as long as she sits there. This better not be another one of your evil scheme! Yoko came to meet Hyuga and handed him the USB that is the evidence that Asahina leaked the info but Hyuga doesn't care. Yoko told him she wants to do something for his sake. But he tells her to stop it because it has nothing to do with her. Yoko bitterly says, "You're right. It has nothing to do with me." She saw the writing Makoto put up and remembered Asahina is going to meet Makoto. She told Hyuga she found a good restaurant so let's go there. Jeez, jealousy can make people turn evil! Yoko took him to the restaurant Asahina is at with Makoto (how does she know where they went?) and told Hyuga he has been fooled! Hyuga doesn't move and stood in shock. Makoto meets up with the lady from the govt. How nice to have connection! She's so nice to Makoto. She apologized for calling her suddenly Lady: You're good at memorizing things right? There's something I need you to memorize for 30'. It's something only Hyuga Tohru can do. Makoto ran back as fast as she can to tell Hyuga the good news but…Hyuga told her she should leave and go back to NI. It's better if she goes to Asahina!!!! He says he saw them earlier. She tries to explain but he says it's fine already. She asks if she's a burden to him…and look at with the saddest eyes ever. Makoto: Can't you trust me? That's right, because I lied to you before… Hyuga: Yea there's that huh…(Why he always says things he doesn't mean!!!) Hyuga shut the door behind her :( . Happy ending come quickly!!! Makoto saw their photo and thought of something then start writing energetically while crying :( At night, Hyuga dragged himself back to the office. He remembered all the painful memories, the time when his mom abandoned him, Asahina's betrayal, and Makoto's sad face. Aww he's crying…Wow it's the first time he couldn't control his emotions and tears started falling out…. Then he started laughing and wiped away his tears. He turned on the light and saw Makoto's writing covered all the wall. It's her reminders about what Hyuga needs to remember and stuff. Who isn't touched by this? Go run after your girl!! But no, he turned on his PC instead…Guess that's his way. He put their photo on the table (like how you put your girlfriend photos on your worktable hehe). He started working finally. The new interface is introduced. The lady says the cost is reduced to half. A new game appears and the trio is touched knowing it's Hyuga who designed it as he makes the characters with their names. Hyuga has a way to get people follow him!! They smile as they see the "Let's change the world!" written on the screen. Yasuoka is in tears while smiling. Aww The reason why they all know because Hyuga made the same mistake putting Yasuoka's name as Yamaoka. Asahina isn't pleased obviously. Hyuga is running to the station to pick up his cinderella. Jumping up and down and fixing his outfit hehe. This recap is getting so long. I don't know how to make it short >_< They faintly saw each other~ Hyuga got shy and hides behind the wall (LOL why you so adorable) Makoto giggles. She came behind him who is avoiding her and asks what he's doing at this place. Wow they stand so close to each other! He says he's taking a walk. He told her about the new interface and told her what's up with the papers she put all over the wall. Hyuga opened the door and is surprised to see it unlocked. Yasuoka is there, "Welcome back! President!" He asks what they're doing. They say they want to design the new interface and want to create something that has never been seen before. Hyuga jokingly asks who are you again? Everyone is beaming with happiness. Love Makoto's smile so much!! Asahina got report that the trio left to go to Hyuga. Yamagami told Asahina to think about his action. Everyone was looking up to him and Hyuga creating their dreams. Yamagami: "You are obviously not enjoying this at all." Asahina is at the global ICT summit delivering a speech. Everyone clapped but Yamagami is troubled by what will come. Hyuga discusses with everyone about designing Personal File's interface. "Let's make something no one has ever seen before!" They suggested creating their own wall like the one they had at NI. Hyuga hesitated. Makoto handed him the marker assuring it will be ok, they will be with him. Hyuga started writing, "Money is the most importuning thing in order to do anything…." Everyone: "Excuse me?" Hyuga continues, "But…" Everyone: "Huh?" Their reaction is so funny. "(something something, I can't read this character >__<) cannot be sold." Wonder Wall (don't know if that's a good name or not…) Asahina came home and found Yoko crying in front of his door. He asks her whats wrong, do you still love him? Yoko got a text that is the picture of the writing Makoto wrote about the address of Hyuga's mom. Asahina told her to use it well. The tables are delivered to the office for 5 people. Makoto is SO happy saying "So you wanted me to come from the beginning." Hyuga is annoyed saying just hurry up and do your work. Hyuga told her to go to the kitchen and have a talk. Hyuga: I'll believe in you. And also one more thing… He showed her the paper that she wrote "I want to break down Hyuga's wall" Hyuga: You better take responsibility for breaking down my wall. Got it? Makoto: Yes, sir. Yasuoka broke the cute moment. It seems Asahina got found out and he is being handcuffed while being taken to the police. Hyuga is shocked. END of ep 9 I feel bad for Asahina in the preview…Can't wait for more sweet moments between Hyuga and Makoto!!
