International students who have managed to flee the Russia-Ukraine conflict and seek safety in neighboring countries or their own are now faced with the challenge of transferring to a different university to finish their studies.
Students who have successfully escaped Ukraine are apparently having trouble locating universities where they can transfer and finish their degrees. Many were currently enrolled in other MBBS programmes, which stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
More than 76,000 foreign students lived in Ukraine prior to the war, the majority of whom were from India. Many factors contributed to its popularity as a study destination, including its inexpensive tuition costs for MBBS Abroad programmes, manageable student visa procedures, and a doorway to European residency.
