Makes 8 servings
Total time: 30 minutes
240 grams all-purpose flour
3 tbsp instant oats
200 grams bacon
20 grams (2 tbsp) cheese grated
1/2 cup milk
75 grams butter softened
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1. Warm the oven up to 180C (360F) degrees.
2. Separately mix all dry and all liquid ingredients except the bacon, garlic and cheese.
3. Add the dry mixture into the liquid in portions, gently stirring (can be done in a stationary mixer, but slowly).
In the end add chopped bacon, rated cheese and squeeze the garlic. Gently stir.
4. Spread the dough in the muffin pans (we have a usual pan from IKEA) and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
