Healthy Recipes: Blueberry and Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients: 1.5 cups of rolled oats 2 tsp of cinnamon 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 2 cups of cashew milk (use almond, whatever you feel like) 1/2 cup of water 2-3 tablespoons of honey (to your taste, omit if you like) 1 cup of greek yogurt blueberries Directions: 1. Mix the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, milk, water, honey together 2. Pour into three separate bowls, or jars (whatever you have on hand) 3. Stick in the fridge overnight or for at least 5-6 hours 4. Dollop greek yogurt and blueberries on top of each bowl to serve!
