This was a no contest. The Knicks continue on their downward spiral, while the Raptors continue to feast on struggling teams. The next 6 games will provide a stronger challenge for the East leading Raptors, but for now, they are doing what good teams should do: beat the bad ones. And while it pains me to say it, the Knicks are bad. So this game was to continue to emphasize the paths of these two teams. Beyond that, it really did nothing else. This does not prove the Raptors are a legitimate contender. This does not prove the Knicks are anything but a lottery team, which we already knew... The main question for the Knicks should be "how can we tell Melo to just shut it down for the year?"
