shoo fly pie. dont know why its called this but it looks delicious

Ingredients One 9 inch deep dish pie shell-unbaked (a regular pie crust will work as well)(For the Crumble mix) 2 Cups sifted flour 3/4 Cup Firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil(For the Molasses Filling mixture:) 11/3 Cup molasses 11/3 Cup hot water 1/2 tsp. baking soda Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Make the pie crust but do not bake.Mix the crumble mix until it resembles course cornmeal. Set aside.Blend the molasses water and soda together and add one third of the crumble mixture. mix well.Pour the filling into the pie shell.Sprinkle remaining crumble mix over top.Bake at 400 degrees F for 10minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
