Regardless of your relationship status, this is a terrific and easy way to express your love or gratitude for someone special in your life. It could be a parent, a child, a teacher, a nurse--anyone! And the best part about this is that it doesn't have to be for Valentine's Day. This is easily interchangeable with other occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, et al. Materials: * Deck of playing cards * Label sheets to print on * Stickers or clip art * Hole-punch * Ribbon * Ruler * Scissors Method: 1. Separate Jokers to use as the front and back covers. 2. Print up 52 unique sentiments on the label stock (which is fast and neat), or hand-write that junk for hours. 3. Randomly apply the sentiments to the playing-side of the cards. Don't forget to attach fun stickers. 4. Assemble the cards in any order you like and be sure to add a Joker to the front and back. 5. Use a hole-punch to make two holes in each card, trying hard to keep the holes relatively the same for each. 6. Using a ruler, measure out 12 inches of ribbon. 7. Lace the ribbon through the holes and tie a bow. This project is so easy and fun to do. Clip it. Comment. Like it.
