아담은 자신의 밴드, 그리고 자신의 신념에대한 타투를 많이 한것으로 유명합니다. 예를 들어 그의 팔에는 "222" 라고 새겨져있는데 그것은 마룬파이브가 처음으로 녹음했던 녹음실 번호라고 합니다. :) 그 이외에도 산스크리트어로 된 타투가 가슴에 새겨져있고, 오른팔에는 호랑이가 그려져있죠. 그 중에서 아담 자신이 제일 의미있게 여기는 타투는 왼팔에 새긴 9/11 테러를 기억하기위해 새긴 타투라고 합니다. "Levine wears quite a few tattoos that represent his span with Maroon 5. He has triple 2s on his forearm to signify the room number of first studio where Maroon 5 recorded for the first time.
