Open Letter: Two Monday Cocktails

Dear Vinglers,

I know there's a way of doing it. But how? Does anyone know? I've looked into chakras, harmonics, frequencies and even holographics...but none of that seems to work. If Ed Leedskalnin can levitate monolithic rocks to create and build Coral Castle, can't we unlock the mystery that traps us into work weeks that consistently begin with Mondays?! I apologize if I seem a bit worked up; I know the truth is out there.

Perhaps if we are diligent, and listen to Coast To Coast AM, then we will be that much closer to solving this elusive conundrum. Until then, attached is the fabulous Pomelo Flush for your mouth and the Citron Soak for your sore and aching feet, that every Monday brings.

Foot Cocktail

1 cup of Epsom Salt

1 cup of Sea Salt

2 cups of Baking Soda

4 cups of hot water

6-8 drops of Lavender essential oil

1 grapefruit sliced

1 orange sliced

2 limes sliced

2 fresh rosemary sprigs

In a large, clean container, mix salts, soda, oil and water. Close with lid or cap and shake vigorously. In a pan of HOT WATER (as hot as you can stand), add sliced fruits and rosemary. Stir in 1/2 - 3/4 cup of water salt from container into pan. Save the rest for another time. Soak feet like this for 30 minutes. Try this 3 times a week for two weeks, dropping to once a week.
